What is Rhinoplasty?

Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that reshapes or refines the nose to improve appearance, breathing, or both. Whether addressing size, shape, symmetry or function, each procedure is carefully tailored to suit your facial structure and personal goals.

Our approach prioritises natural results enhancing balance rather than creating a “done” look.

Recovery & results

Swelling and bruising are normal in the early stages of recovery and gradually subside over time. While initial improvements are visible within weeks, final results continue to refine over several months. Our focus is achieving a natural-looking outcome that enhances facial harmony and where needed, improves breathing.

This surgery can be more complex due to scar tissue or altered anatomy from the initial procedure. Revision rhinoplasty is tailored to correct problems such as

Ethnic Rhinoplasty is a specialised nose surgery that enhances the nose while respecting and preserving your natural ethnic features. The goal is to improve shape, balance, and function without losing cultural identity or facial harmony.

Recovery varies, but most patients experience reduced swelling and bruising within 1 to 2 weeks. Full results can take several months as the nose heals and settles into its final shape.

Most incisions are made inside the nose, and if an external incision is needed, it’s typically placed under the nose and fades significantly over time.

By correcting structural issues like a deviated septum or nasal valve collapse, the procedure can improve airflow and make breathing easier.

Most patients experience mild to moderate discomfort, swelling, and pressure rather than sharp pain, which is well controlled with prescribed pain medication and improves within a few days.

Your safety, our Priority

Key considerations before surgery

Treatment Duration

Rhinoplasty is generally performed in 2 to 3 hours. Your surgeon will discuss specific details during your initial consultation, tailoring the approach based on your individual concerns and expected results.

Type of Anaesthesia

We use general anaesthetics for rhinoplasty. Once you awaken and the anaesthetic has worn off, painkillers will be prescribed to ease post-surgery discomfort. This medication may be provided before discharge or can be purchased over-the-counter. You will likely need it for several days following surgery.

Aftercare Requirements

The nose will be tender for the next couple of weeks, and healing is most effective when patients avoid touching, blowing, or subjecting the nose to trauma. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 1 week (for stitch removal and splint adjustment), 1 month, and 6 months post-surgery.

Back to Work (Recovery)

The results of a rhinoplasty procedure are usually permanent and may take several weeks to fully develop, as all bruising and swelling settle. Most patients require 2 weeks off work, with a return to exercise and the gym after 4 weeks.

Treatment Cost

The cost of your treatment may depend on a number of factors. The below is a guide to pricing, and may be subject to change.

Starts at £6000
